    I think this is a great idea for when you are blue, making a list of happiness, could definatley cheer you right up. Probably even make you laugh if some of the things are silly, at least make you smile and hey that is a step in the right direction. Heres to you I am wishing you sunny skies and warm weather.

    I was on a blog yesterday where the guy wrote a list of 100 things that make him happy..I thought MY God!…I like your list…

    we’ve been doing something similar where every few days we make a note of simple things we’ve done that give us an ‘inner glow’…

    when you think happiness its so often the little moments that stay with us…good post Lindsay, Im off to do a list…x

    Excellent idea! I know that some on my list include the Dodgers scoring 10 runs in the first inning, covering the IWFL games, and surfable waves in warm water. So yeah, sand in my hair and salt water on my skin make my list also. The photo you have here is also beautiful – I can see why it brings happiness!

    Winning in Monopoly makes me ridiculously happy. It’s almost stupid how happy that makes me.

    And wow, snow in late April? I could not deal. Seriously.

    Gorgeous picture! I like “eatin cake” too :) Hope the weather picks up soon… we got hit with some cold weather, but no snow thank goodness…. I am ready for summer, like now!
