My Emma is an angel too as long as she with submissive dogs in the pack. If a dog wants to hold their own turf then it turns into a bloody fight. I keep Emma out of those situations and therefore keep myself out of those situations. I know its a lazy answer but my stress level is greatly reduced by not having to seperate the dog magnets. "managment" is the optimum word! It takes a strong leader who is fair, unbiased and attentive to needs to run a large pack. Knock on wood, but we have not had a fight or scuffle in the pack for almost 3 years. Exercise is KEY and never allowing things to run on autopilot. Once Timber acclimated to our pack things started to calm down more. Last week's incidents not withstanding. There's more or less a pattern to the days and unless something comes up they have the same schedule. Things are generally very calm in terms of the dogs all doing the same thing.
