On Saturday we let our cats on our apartment balcony with us. They love to be outside.
Beamer walked along the railing. I was worried he’d fall but decided to trust him and let him be.

We have house cats only. When Mom lived in an apartment they loved to be out on the deck, but now that wouldn't work since they can take the stairs down and leave.

We don't have cats, but I don't think I would let them out...too many predators in our neighborhood.

I wish ours could be out, but I feel the same way about where we live. Mostly, too much traffic.
