One hour I’m spooning Cosmo on the living room floor.
The next my heart rate goes up as he growls at a neighbor dog, again.
Embarrassing.
This is life with Cosmo.
Whoever ends up adopting this snowball will be getting a real character! Sure, he has a bit of an “attitude.” But that’s what makes him Cosmo.
The rescue is calling Cosmo a miniature American Eskimo. He is really flattered by that, however he and I both know he is more of the standard version – and then some.
Cosmo Kramer (Mo for short) loves his walks. So I do my best to provide him with a walk every day.
What it comes right down to is Cosmo asks for very little. Sure, he’ll practically do cartwheels for a piece of kibble. But other than that, all he wants is to go for walks, cuddle every now and then and goof off – on his terms.
That’s what “Big Fluffy” is all about.
Cosmo’s 10th birthday is approaching. He couldn’t think of a better birthday gift than to find his forever family. He’s been waiting a long time.

I sure hope Cosmo gets a good home for a birthday present, a good permanent home that is. I know he has a really good home with you now. I think he needs an owner who has a bit of an attitude just like he does. Good luck, Cosmo!
He’ll find someone eventually …
I have to say Lindsay, your posts and pictures of Cosmo make ME want to adopt him
I love your nicknames for him, by the way. My favorite being “Big Fluffy.”
What a photogenic dog he is! He really is a fun dog, Eli and I enjoyed our walk with him.
A forever home for his birthday would be the perfect present! I hope he gets it!
He’s fun to have around. He just took a flying dive into his kennel for a dog biscuit. Good boy, Cosmo!
White. Fluffy. Attitude. Loves treats. I think I know another dog like that
She likes walks too, but loves the dog park, because we go to the big dog side and she can go person to person and get them to pet her. On the little dog side, most have their own fluffball, so she doesn’t get nearly as much love.
Haha! That’s funny!
Cosmo would probably enjoy the dog park too, but I don’t think that would be a good place for him to socialize (yet, anyway). I’m not sure if any other volunteers ever brought him there before I had him.
Cosmo is totally cute!! A friend has a little dog that looks a lot like him – her name is Missy – they call her Miscellaneous (for short)
Happy birthday to Cosmo – he’s lucky to be with you for now anyway!
Thanks, Tammy!
