Yeah – we weren’t close…we did have a bit of rain but then I just got swamped with work. The latter isn’t a bad thing but Gussie and I need some exercise!

Pickles and I made it 71.0 miles this month, and I’m happy with that. I’ll try to do the same in April. We’ve had a fair amount of rain, & more on the way, but no floods or blizzards.

I started today, with a goal of 50 miles. I wasn’t going to have too high expectations because of work and the fact that the clocks of gone forward here and its now gotten so dark in the mornings that I’m struggling to get out of bed =/

I did 2 miles this morning, attempted to run a tad bit of it, and also jog but totally keeled over and had Kimi sitting next to me with a cocked head asking ‘What happened?’ I had to sit down for a bit and rest my lungs and she just sat there looking at me and honestly looked like she was shaking her head in disgust.

I came to a conclusion that I just can’t jog or run. Going to try some different.

I have a nice 4 mile route tonight to try. =) so that will make it 6 miles today. not too bad.

Good luck with all your goals guys =) Let’s hope we get closer to our targets.

This is off the subject, but you all sound like experts in this: How far do you think a lost dog (10 year old lab, in good shape, used to going on trails of 5-8 miles)could go in one week? We lost our lab and are trying to figure out how far out to draw the perimeter of our search.
