I'd say Blue is An Australian Shepard/Pit mix.. Or a Cathoula Leopard Dog/Pit Mix. Finn looks like a German Wire haired Pointer/Schnauzer mix And as for Tessi, she really stumped me.. It's never been so hard for me to figure out a dog breed but she looks like so many different types! She looks like she has shorter hair than the Brittany Spaniel and Australian Shepherds. In my opinion, after looking up pictures of some dogs that came to mind, she seems like she might be an Australian Cattle dog mixed with an Australian Shepherd. I even saw this one picture of a Sharpei Cattle Dog mix. Sounds strange! But the ears, the muzzle, and the color blocking were right on! So interesting! Thank you for sharing your guesses and the links to pics. Now that you mention in, I can also see that Tessi looks like part cattle dog. Also, never thought about an Aussie mix for Blue, but I can see that now too.

Blue has a coat like a pit bull and blue eyes like a husky
Finn looks like he is part Schnauzer

I'm still working on breed identification so this is tough for me. Blue I'd say is a pit mix but I'm not sure what he's mixed with. Finn I'd guess is terrier/lab. Tessie looks like a collie mixed with a dog I feel like I've seen but can't ID the breed. I'll have to look it up!

It's funny you say she's a dog you feel like you've seen before. There's been a few times over the years in looking through magazines that I've seen pics of dogs that look just like Tessi. But they've never been captioned. I even went so far as to once send a letter to the magazine to see what they had to say, but never got a response. - Tessi's mom.
