Ace lead me into the crazy world of animal rescue.
He took me to dog parks and dog agility classes. Introduced me to friends I wouldn’t have met.
He helped me start a business. Gave a writer something to write about.
Yes, we need dogs in our lives.

It's been 4 years since my dog, Sunny died. Just a few months since my daughter's dog Xena died. Xena lived with me. I loved your picture and think I am almost ready to rescue another dog. I'm starting to remember the joy more than the pain of loss.
