Just an hour or two after our foster dog Lana got adopted Saturday, we took our dog Ace out to celebrate at San Diego BeerWorks.
I wanted to celebrate being back to a one-dog family and what I love most about my dog – taking him out and about.
I love that I can take Ace almost anywhere and trust that he will be calm and quiet.
San Diego BeerWorks has lots of local drafts and hundreds of bottles to choose from. It is located in Solana Beach within walking distance of our apartment and welcomes dogs! It has a relaxing environment, like a coffee shop.
Ace also turns 9 years old this month, and it is his 8th “adoptaversary.” We have a lot to be thankful for!

We're down to 2 dogs right now after dropping off Adelle at service dog college a few weeks back, but the request for puppy sitting is non-stop.
We were down your direction a couple weeks ago at the Karl Strauss Brewery. We're looking for a place to get married. Any suggestions in the San Diego area?

Congrats on your upcoming wedding! Funny, we were at Karl Strauss last Sunday. It was my first time there. I thought it was a fun place to hang out and thought it would be a great place for a wedding reception, although I imagine it's not cheap!

Im so jealous! Im from Ireland which, unfortunately, is very dog unfriendly! Dogs aren't allowed indoors anywhere in Dublin unfortunately!

While we don't have any pet friendly brewers, that I know of, Bass Pro Shops is doing a dog event for the next two weeks. Saw the add in our paper this weekend. Looks like on Saturday's they have some fun stuff planned. Might have to take D.O.G. or Missy. :-)
