Mutt Calendars will help Nevada Humane Society
Ten percent of each sale from That Mutt’s 2014 Mutt Calendar will be donated to Nevada Humane Society. This includes all pre-orders.
Nevada Humane Society is a no-kill shelter creating a no-kill community, according to its web site. In 2012, the shelter had a 94 percent save rate for both dogs and cats.
The humane society has been featured on That Mutt several times for programs such as its “seniors for seniors” discounts, free cat adoptions and free or discounted spay/neuter programs.

The mutt calendars are available for $9.99 for a limited time and feature beautiful photos of mixed-breed dogs such as Linus the Sheltie mix (below).
I created the 2014 Mutt Calendar because at least half the dogs in the United States are mutts, yet nearly all dog calendars feature purebred dogs. I held a photo contest through Facebook, and the mutts that received the most votes will be featured in the calendar.
