Homeless dog and puppies rescued near downtown Los Angeles – video

Here is your feel-good video of the week.

I know it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by all the dogs and cats in need of rescue or adoption.

I can only watch so many dog rescue videos, but I do like the videos the group Hope For Paws consistently releases about its rescue efforts. Its videos are inspiring.

In this new video, a homeless dog and her two puppies are rescued near downtown Los Angeles. I have no doubt they will find homes quickly, if they haven’t already.

Hope For Paws is a nonprofit animal rescue organization in Los Angeles founded by Eldad and Audrey Hagar, according to its Facebook page. You can learn more about the group on its web site here.

Another great video from Hope for Paws. I watch all of his videos and find myself teary-eyed with the happy endings every time. My favorites are of the pit bulls (duh) and the matted furry dogs who look so free after they are clipped. :)

It's not quite as serious, but Freshpet's Holiday Feast is a really nice feature of rescue dogs (plus, I thought it was really funny to see the dogs' personalities): The behind the scenes video gives good profile to the Humane Society of Utah and nice support of rescue dogs:

Oh my gosh those dogs look just like my dad's dog, Bonkers! I bet he looked exactly like Dallas as a puppy. What a great video!
